You are solely responsible for the security of your Jet2 account. Please keep the following in mind:

• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account — even if someone else has used your credentials.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact Jet2 Support immediately.
• Keep your account details up to date — especially if your payment number changes.
• We strongly recommend keeping Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.

Important things to keep in mind when making a withdrawal:

• To make a withdrawal, you will need to verify your identity and payment method once — this is a one-time process only.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same number used for your deposit.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. You must first meet the applicable wagering requirements.
• Jet2 reserves the right to request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.

The following general terms apply to all Jet2 bonus and promo offers:

• Wagering requirements: Each bonus carries a specific wagering multiplier (typically 5x–30x). Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Once it expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Voucher Code: When using a voucher code, make sure to enter it correctly. An incorrect code will disqualify you from receiving the bonus.
• One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Prohibited Misuse: Creating multiple accounts or manipulating the bonus system in any way will result in account termination.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Jet2:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so please review everything carefully before placing your bet.
• Odds are subject to change at any time. The odds displayed at the time your bet is placed are final.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Jet2 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Maximum win limits may vary depending on the game and bet type.
• Odds during live betting change in real time, so no disputes will be accepted once a bet has been confirmed.

Cricket Betting Special Rules:

• Placing your bet before a match begins is the safest option. During live betting, odds can change rapidly.
• If a match does not take place or is called off, the stake will be refunded.
• If overs are reduced due to rain, the D/L method is applied to determine the result.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jet2 and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting loopholes in games to gain an unfair advantage (Arbitrage Betting).
• Intimidating, threatening, or behaving abusively toward Jet2 staff.
• Attempting to pass the KYC verification process using false information.
• Exploiting the bonus system in a way that violates fair-play rules.
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against Jet2.

Jet2 treats your personal data with the utmost care. Our policy on data collection and use:

• Your information is used solely for account management, payment processing, and fulfilling legal obligations.
• Your information will never be sold to third parties.

An account may be closed for two reasons — at your own request or at Jet2's discretion:

Jet2 may terminate an account if:

• Engaging in prohibited activities as defined under Section 7 is established.

• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If directed by law enforcement authorities.

Jet2 takes every member complaint seriously and works to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

How to submit a complaint:

2. If your issue isn't resolved via live chat, write to us in detail by email.
3. All complaints receive a formal response within 72 hours.
4. When submitting a complaint, please include the transaction ID and relevant screenshots.

Jet2 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of any changes:

• You will be notified of any significant changes via your registered email and through an on-platform notification.
• The effective date of any new terms will be clearly stated.
• Continued use of Jet2 after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not accept the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
